6 . The County should contract with an architectural firm to review the architectural design <br /> elements of the project . MHCSD should have an opporitnity to review the architectural <br /> and color scheme and provide additional comments . <br /> 7 . The CSD should have the opportunity to review the draft version of all signs on the <br /> building and on the property for review. <br /> 8 . Commercial CC &Rs to be recorded on all commercial properties . All commercial <br /> buildings shall comply with the CC &R requiremens . <br /> 9 . All site improvements shall be completed prior to the occupancy of the buildings . All <br /> public improvements shall be completed prior to issuance a building permit . <br /> 10 . Truck access to the site to be limited to the designated access roads and shall be properly <br /> signed .
