-2- <br /> Community Development Department <br /> PA-1900143 (SA) <br /> 5. The developer shall provide drainage facilities in accordance with the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Standards. Retention basins shall be fenced with six(6) foot high chain link fence or <br /> equal when the maximum design depth is 18 inches or more. Required retention basin capacity <br /> shall be calculated and submitted along with a drainage plan for review and approval,prior to <br /> release of building permit. (Development Title Section 9-1135) <br /> 6. Pennit Registration Documents(PRD's)shall be filed with the State Water Resources Control Board <br /> (SWRCB)to comply with the State"General Pen-nit for Stone Water Discharges Associated with <br /> Construction Activity".The Waste Discharge Identification(WDID)Number issued by SWRCB shall <br /> be submitted to the Department of Public Works for the file. Contact SWRCB at(916)341-5 53 7 for <br /> further information.Coverage under the SWRCB General Construction Pen-nit Order 2009-009-SWQ <br /> shall be maintained throughout the duration of all phases of the project. <br /> 7. Prior to issuance of the occupancy permit,the driveway approach shall be improved in accordance <br /> with the requirements of San Joaquin County Improvement Standards Drawing No. R-14 [return <br /> radii for truck-trailer egress shall be designed to prevent encroachment onto opposing lanes of <br /> traffic] (Development Title Section 9-1145.5) <br /> 8. The frontage improvements for Hansen Road shall be constructed in conformance with the <br /> standards for one-half of a 60-foot wide right-of-way Local Industrial Street. The improvements <br /> shall be in conformance with the current Improvement Standards of the County of San Joaquin. <br /> Improvement plans, specifications and engineer's estimate prepared by a registered civil engineer <br /> shall be submitted for review and are subject to plan check, field inspection fees and must be <br /> approved by the County of San Joaquin Department of Public Works prior to issuance of the <br /> building permit.
