The proposed monitoring well associated with "Zone C" will be advanced to total depth <br /> of approximately seventy-five feet bsg with a screened interval between approximately seventy <br /> and seventy-five feet bsg, and constructed with a sixty-foot conductor casing. Soil will be <br /> continuously logged from ground surface.to approximately thirty feet bsg, then soil samples will <br /> be collected at five-foot intervals from approximately thirty-five feet bsg to total depth in each <br /> borehole. Approximately four samples will be collected from each borehole for chemical <br /> analysis. <br /> Please submit an encroachment permit from the City of Tracy, a boring permit application and <br /> permit/inspection fee of$404 to the EHD and complete the fieldwork by April 9, 2009. Notify <br /> the EHD at least seventy-two hours prior to the scheduled fieldwork so an inspector can be <br /> present.
