The site elevation is 25. 20 mean <br /> feet above sea level (TESL) as determined by Parker <br /> Environmental Services. <br /> The site is occupied by a convenience store <br /> approximately 60 feet in length and 38 feet in width. This <br />' building is surrounded by areas paved with concrete and <br /> asphalt which are used for parking. A concrete foundation <br /> pad for a metal-framed structure is located approximately 10 <br /> feet south of the convenience store. <br /> Three groundwater monitoring wells were installed by <br /> Kleinfelder in April 1988, and a fourth well in May, 1988. <br /> Groundwater sample analytical results indicated <br /> concentrations of key petroleum product constituents <br /> exceeding the applicable maximum levels as outlined in Title <br /> 22, California Code of Regulations, Section 64444.5k <br /> Please refer to Parker Environmental Services Site <br />' 3 <br />
