I have <br /> previously requested that MW 11 be repaired, replaced or action be taken so that this well is monitored and <br /> sampled quarterly. I was informed by SECOR in a letter dated February 25, 2005, that the well would be repaired <br /> and sampled during second quarter 2005. On March 15, 2005, 1 received a message from Mike Glenn at TRC <br /> that MW11 had been repaired. On March 24, 2005, 1 received a message from Brice Hendricks at SECOR that <br /> MW11 was blocked. I left Brice a message to inform me as to how the problem would be resolved. Apparently it <br /> still hasn't been resolved. Please have the well repaired, replaced, or the sampling company provide their <br /> technicians with equipment that can purge and sample this well. Thanks. <br /> Margaret <br /> 1/18/2007 <br />
