a 1 I <br /> I, INTRODUCTION <br /> This report presents the results of our Site History Review for an approximate 62- <br /> acre parcel 'of land located between Grant Line Road and Interstate_205, in San Joaquin <br /> County, approximately 1 mile west of Tracy, California. The site and study area for this <br /> review are shown on Figure I. We performed our study in accordance with the terms <br /> 4 <br /> and conditions of our Agreement with Dividend Development Corporation (DDC) dated May <br /> 16, 1989. The purpose of the site history review was to evaluate the potential for existing <br /> soil and/or` groundwater contaminatlon at the site. <br /> The scope of our services was as follows. <br /> (1) A field reconnaissance of the site and study area. <br /> (2) Interviews with the current owner and tenant, and owners of major adjacent <br /> properties. <br /> (3) A review of local, county, state, and federal agency reports or records of <br /> hazardous materials on or near the site. <br /> (4) A review of readily available aerial photographs, historical maps and site <br /> assessment reports pertinent to the site.. <br /> R:604.09N - - 6/1!89 <br />
