This area is
just north of the Southern Pacific Railroad right of way.
A Phase I investigation of the property indicates that .a spill
occurred in 1950. A report on the removal of an underground
storage. tank (UST) was reviewed and indicated that contamination
may exist in the soil and groundwater near the UST excavation.
SCOPE OF WORK: I
i
Toxic Technology,, Inc. (TTI) proposes that a minimum of eight
groundwater monitoring wells be installed at the site. The well
locations are outlined" on Figure 2. The wells will be used to
investigate the area of a now removed underground storage tank, the
hydrocarbon contamination reported by SCS in their investigation of
the property, and an area reported to have been impacted by a crude
oil spill.
WELL LOCATION:
The monitoring wells will be placed as shown on Figure ' 2 .
Recommendations or modifications made by the San Joaquin County
Department' of Health as to the final location of the wells will be
reflected on the final site map. This map will also include
surveyed well elevations and will 'be a part of the Report of
Findings completed by Toxic Technology, Inc.
Toxic Technology, Inc.
