The requested information was presented to CPL in the RWQCB's memorandum of March 20, 1996 (attached). Each of the items.were discussed in a phone conversation between Mr. Martin Bloes.and yourself, held on April 11, 1996. 1) Well Survey On behalf of CPL, Geomatrix Consultants Inc. (Geomatrix) will research the location of well "19 L" referenced on Figure I in Geomatrix's Submittal of Items Requested by RWQCB in Support of Site Closure, dated February 28, 1996. As noted in the Well Inventory Table, well 2S/5E-19LI is an irrigation well screened between 90-98 feet below grade. Any other well information will be included in future submittals to the RWQCB. 2) Groundwater Sampling Two additional sampling events will be conducted on newly installed well MW-25, the location of which is shown on Figure 1 (attached). Well MW-25 will be installed outside the limits of affected soil and data obtained from the sampling will be used to determine if dissolved petroleum constituents are present in groundwater downgradient (north by northeast) of well MW-13, a well installed within potential source areas. 3
