Defendant Texaco <br /> 7 Trading and Transportation Incorporated appeared by Ward L. Benshoof and Michael <br /> 8 D. Young of McClintock, Weston, Benshoof, Rochefort, Rubalcava & MacCuish and by <br /> 9 William Hale of Mayall, Hurley, Knutsen, Smith & Green. <br /> 10 Having read and reviewed the papers, pleadings and other evidence submitted by <br /> 11 <br /> the parties, and having heard and considered the arguments of counsel, <br /> 12 <br /> 13 IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that: <br /> 14 1.
