(BAD on behalf of Doane Products Company (DPC) at 450 <br /> East Grantline Road, Tracy, California. This well destruction was performed at the <br /> request of the San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental, Health <br /> Division (SJCPHS) and was initiated prior to receiving- closure of the site by the <br /> Central Valley Regional Water-Quality Control Board (RWQCB) and the SJCPHS. <br /> Scope of Work f <br /> BAI completed the following scope of work: <br /> i <br /> 1) Destroyed monitoring wells MW-1, MW-2 and P-2 by pressure grouting <br /> on June 10, 1993; <br /> 2) .
