The Tracy Public Works Department estabhshed the <br /> groundwater at 10-13 feet at this Iocation Measurements at the time of UST <br /> removal indicated that the depth to water was approximately 12 feet <br /> DPC had two septic systems immediately north of the tank site The septic tanks are <br /> still in place, but not connected to the plant sewer system and are not in use The <br /> yard's restroom is currently plumbed to the -nain plant with water and sewer <br /> service buried to the north of the building <br /> Currently, the larger excavation pit is partially backfilled and is overgrown with <br /> weeds The excavation pit remains approximately four feet deep and luruts the <br /> ability to use a truck mounted rig within the excavation Soils removed during the <br /> UST excavation are stockpiled in a location as shown on Figure 2 and are both <br /> underlain and covered with plastic The yard is surfaced with 10-12 inches of <br /> asphalt <br /> 3 <br /> • BRUNSING ASSOCIATFS, INC ® �� <br /> �g <br />
