unit charges for common supplies and equipment used in <br /> corrective action work, and (3) multipliers used when charging <br /> any other direct expenses ( e.g. subcontractors) . <br /> 9 . Work shall begin within five working days of execution <br /> of the standard services agreement, unless weather or other <br /> conditions demand a delay. the first report shall be submitted <br /> to the PHS/EHD within 90 working days thereafter, and, if <br /> revisions are necessary, a revised report shall be presented to <br /> the PHS/EHD within ten working days following receipt of <br /> comments on the first report. <br /> 10 . Consultant understands that Mr. Tsirelas reserves the <br /> right to reject any or all bids without notice or cause. Mr. <br /> Tsirelas retains the right to solicit and accept additional <br /> bids as necessary in his judgment. All bids are due May 31, <br /> 1994 . <br /> 11 . Consultant understands that Mr. Tsirelas intends to <br /> seek reimbursement for the subject work from the Underground <br /> Storage Tank Cleanup Fund and administered by the State Water <br /> Resources Control Board, and will agree to respond to any <br /> reasonable inquiry from that agency regarding any claim <br /> submitted by Mr. Tsirelas . <br /> 12 . Consultant understands that Mr. Tsirelas will contact <br /> references and otherwise conduct an investigation to determine <br /> to his satisfaction that consultant has the technical and <br /> financial capabilities to perform the requested work and has <br /> established goodwill with other clients and regulatory <br /> agencies . <br /> E. Invoices and Payment <br /> Consultant shall submit detailed invoices for monthly <br /> services to Mr. Tsirelas for payment. Invoices shall specify <br /> the actual costs incurred during the billing period. Invoices <br /> for consulting services shall reference the specific <br /> subagreement and task for which the costs were incurred. In <br /> addition, the invoices should include when the services were <br /> performed, a breakdown for direct labor, indirect costs, <br /> travel, equipment, material and supplies, and subcontract work. <br /> Invoices shall be submitted in duplicate. Mr. Tsirelas <br /> understands that he is responsible for paying invoices from the <br /> consultant when they are due, regardless of whether or not the <br /> work is reimbursed by the SB 2004 cleanup fund. <br /> F.
