Grant Line Road. This parcel was owned by Jon Reynolds& <br /> managed by Reynolds&Brown until September 1, 1989. The parcel was then sold to Cribwall <br /> Corporation dba Retaining Walls Company(Buyer). <br />` Per the terms.of the Agreement of Purchase and.Sale, the Buyer agreed to-an"as is" condition <br /> including the physical characteristics of the property such as this monitoring well. Retaining <br /> Walls Company is located at 800 E. Grant Line Road, Tracy, California. I have enclosed some <br /> historical drawings which identify the location of this well on their property.
