N <br /> The San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health Division (PHS/EHD) <br /> recommends the existing monitoring well at the site be properly destroyed under permit by a C-57 y <br /> licensed contractor. A permit application form and a list of environmental consultants are <br /> enclosed. Please submit a well destruction workplan to PHS/EHD. <br /> Please be advised that PHSIEHD is requesting concurrence from the Central Valley Regional <br /> Water Quality Control Board (CVRWQCB)for no further action at this site.
