It looks like they have expired.The Work Plan Addendum (WPA) <br /> was to address some concerns Target,the property owner, had related to blast perforation. We would like to propose <br /> alternate methods and were hoping you could review the WPA to see if SJCEHD would be amenable to the proposed <br /> destruction methods for the wells. We would like to extend the permits for the wells remaining to be destroyed but <br /> understand if that is not agreeable to SJCEHD.
