The Site was investigated <br /> and remediated under DTSC's oversight. The 61-acre site consists of San Joaquin <br /> County Assessor's Parcel Number 262-020-08 and a portion of the following APN <br /> numbers as shown on the attached Figure 1: 262-020-03, 262-020-07, 262-02.0-09, <br /> 262-020-17, and 262-020-19 as well as a 2.745-acre portion of Great Valley Parkway <br /> lying North of Grant Line Road and South of Mascot Boulevard (AKA - Mustang Way) <br /> as shown on San Joaquin Subdivision Map recorded as Tract No. 3649. <br /> The Site is located at 19855 W. Grant Line Road, San Joaquin County, Tracy, <br /> California. The total Site is approximately 61 acres, but only a portion of the property is <br /> subject to a Land Use Covenant (i.e., approximately a 2.745-acre portion of Great <br /> Valley Parkway lying North of Grant Line Road and South of Mascot Boulevard (AKA - <br /> Mustang Way) as shown on San Joaquin Subdivision Map recorded as Tract No. 3649). <br /> This portion of the property is subject to a Land Use Covenant (LUC) because of <br /> elevated concentrations of dieldrin from historical agricultural activities in surface soils <br /> e;n. _ !on .'Pape <br />
