Grant Line Rd.,Tracy, in the County of <br /> SanJoaquin (APN:23303001) on the southeast corner of Tracy Blvd. and Grant Line Rd., <br /> has been reviewed by San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD). <br /> The plan is a proposal for mitigation (Ozone Sparing) of hazardous substances which <br /> have contaminated the site due to anunauthorized ocated on theease property.associated with the <br /> underground storage tanks (USTs)which <br /> e <br /> San Joaquin County , Environmental Health Department, Local UST <br /> Oversight Progrtateam, <br /> has made a tentative determination that the plan is in compliance Nith <br /> Federal laws and regulations and that the resultant work will not create significant adverse <br /> environmental impacts which exceed the benefits to be gained from cleanup of the <br /> contamination. <br /> The corrective action plan is available for public review at EHD, 304 E. Weber Street, <br /> Third Floor, Stockton, California, during normal working hours, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 P.M. If a <br /> written request by any member of the public <br /> not <br /> received <br /> by become final by on that <br /> p.m. Friday, November 7, 2003, the tentative decision <br /> date and time. <br /> All requests for public hearings must be filed in writing to EHD at 304 E.
