This document includes an updated sensitive receptor <br /> survey and an investigation report further assessing the lateral and vertical extent of gasoline <br /> constituents in soil and groundwater beneath the site. Cambria completed a portion of the scope <br /> of work presented in our November 18, 2004 Sensitive Receptor Survey Report and Site <br /> f. Investigation Work Plan which was approved by the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department's (SJCEHD) in their December 2, 2004 letter to Shell. Additionally, Cambria <br /> followed the scope of work presented in our February 8, 2005 Site Investigation Work Plan <br /> Addendum. The work was performed in accordance with Regional Water Quality Control Board <br /> (RWQCB)and SJCEHD guidelines. <br /> i <br /> SITE BACKGROUND <br />} Site Description <br /> 1 <br /> The site is an operating Shell-branded service station located on'the northwest corner of West <br /> Grant Line Road and Joe Pombo Parkway in Tracy, California(Figures 1 and 2). The site layout <br /> consists of four underground storage tanks (USTs), nine dispenser islands containing eleven <br /> f. Cambria dispensers, a station building, and a car wash. -There are three active service stations located <br /> Environmental nearby the subject site.
