Lodi CA <br /> F <br /> Attached Undt;rground Storage Tank Unauthorised Release Site Report(4112196) <br /> i <br /> Dear Ivlr.Trevena: <br /> The following and attached documentation are being submitted to fulfill release repotting requirvYnnents in <br /> accordance with California Code of Regulations Title 23,Division 3,Chapter 16,Article 5, Section 2652 <br /> and wrM verbal eommilments made by Chevron during tank removal activities on April 10, 1996. a <br /> The information provided below cotresvonds to each of the designated subsections within Section 2652: <br /> 2652(b) R dieations of an unauthorized release were witnessed during UST removal activities on <br /> April 10, 1996 by representatives from San Joaquin County Public Health Services(Eric Trevena <br /> and Harlin Knoll)and by a representative from Chevron Products Company(Brett.Hwater). Soil <br /> samples were collected at this time to conium the occurrence of a release and were submitted to a n <br /> state certified laboratory for analysis. Soil analytical results confirming the occurrence of a <br /> release will be available on April 12, 1996.
