(G-R) is <br /> submitting the Application for Well/Pump Permit for abandoning well(s) at the subject site. G-R <br /> intends to abandon groundwater monitoring well MW-3 in-place by pressure grouting. Chevron <br /> has indicated that well MW-2 may be abandoned depending upon the analytical results from the <br /> upcoming underground storage tank (UST) removal. Based on this, we are submitting the <br /> permit for both wells. The well(s) is/are scheduled to be abandoned after UST removal <br /> activities in early April 1996. <br /> The locations of these wells are shown on the attached Site Plan.
