��AW <br /> Working To Restore Nature <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I REPORT <br /> PRELIMINARY SITE ASSESSMENT <br /> at <br /> I BP Oil Facility No. 11191 <br /> 1469 East Hammer Lane <br /> Stockton, California <br /> 1.0 INTRODUCTION <br /> BP Oil Company retained RESNA Industries, Inc. to conduct a preliminary environmental site <br /> assessment at BP Oil Facility No 11191 located at 1469 East Hammer Lane, Stockton, <br /> California. The site vicinity map is shown as Plate 1. <br /> f1 <br /> RESNA performed this preliminary site investigation to evaluate whether fuel hydrocarbons and <br /> selected chemical compounds are present in soil and/or groundwater at selected locations. The <br /> tasks performed during this preliminary site assessment included the following- <br /> Conducting a sensitive receptor survey including an existing well search <br /> G Drilling and logging exploratory soil borings, collecting soil samples, and analyzing <br /> samples for selected hydrocarbon constituents <br /> • Installing monitoring wells, of groundwater was encountered within the specified depth of <br /> the borings (45 feet below grade). <br /> • Developing and surveying monitoring wells, collecting groundwater samples, and <br /> analyzing samples for selected hydrocarbon constituents, if groundwater was encountered <br /> I Analyzing data and results and preparing a report presenting the findings of the <br /> preliminary assessment. <br /> The methods used to complete the tasks listed above were performed in accordance with <br /> guidelines issued by the California Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB) and the <br /> governing local implementing agencies (LIAs). <br /> I <br /> 1705001 <br /> -L <br />
