w.
15 June 2009
AGE-NC Project No.05-1306
Test results from MW-5 for TPH-d indicate "no trend" at both the 80 percent and 90 percent
confidence level when considering results from the last ten consecutive rounds prior to this well
being removed with EHD approval from the quarterly sampling protocol. This well was again
sampled for a complete round of results during the first quarter of 2009. Therefore, statistical
analysis includes the sampling period from 22 November 2005 through 05 March 2009. The data
set results indicate an(S) of-8.0, an average contaminant level of 102.80 ltg/l, a(a)of 49.457, and
a (CV) of 0.481 indicating that the "no trend" translates to a stability test result of "stable".
Historically, TPH-g and BTEX constituents have not been detected in this well, and there is no data
to run tests.
Test results from MW-6 for TPH-d indicate"decreasing"at the 80 percent confidence level and"no
trend" at the 90 percent confidence level when considering results from the last ten consecutive
rounds prior to this well being removed with EHD approval from the quarterly sampling protocol
(22 November 2005 through 19 March 2008).The data set results indicate an(S)of-13.0,an average
contaminant level of 37µg/l,a(a)of 27.909,and a(CV)of 0.754. Since results indicate a decreasing
.. trend at the 80 percent confidence level, the stability test is not applicable. When considering the last
ten rounds of data including the recent 05 March 2009 event, results indicate "no trend" at both the
80 percent and 90 percent confidence levels (9 non detect results and 1 result of 60 gg/l from
27 February 2006 to 05 March 2009). The data set results indicate an (S) of -5.0, an average
contaminant level of 28.50 gg/l,a((Y)of 11.068,and a(CV)of 0.388. Since results indicate no trend
at the 80 percent and 90 percent confidence levels, the stability test translates to a result of"stable".
16— Historically, TPH-g and BTEX constituents have not been detected in this well, and therefore
statistical analysis could not be performed.
Test results from MW-7 for TPH-d indicate "increasing" at both the 80 percent and 90 percent
confidence levels when considering results from the last 10 consecutive rounds(06 November 2006
through 05 March 2009). The.data set results indicate an (S) of 24.0, an average contaminant level
`r of 185.60 µg/l,a(6)of 81.605,and a(CV)of 0.440. Since results indicate an increasing trend at the
80 percent and 90 percent confidence levels, the stability test is not applicable.Test results for TPH-
d indicate"decreasing"at the 80 percent confidence level and"no trend"at the 90 percent confidence
level for the first ten consecutive rounds (03 June 2004 to 21 August 2006. It should be noted that
prior to the last three rounds of results, this well was indicating a"no trend" /"stable"plume result.
The three most recent rounds have indicated detections for TPH-d at only 320, 260, and 290 µg11
respectively.Historically,TPH-g and benzene, ethylbenzene, and xylene constituents have not been
detected in this well and toluene was detected one time (June 2004). Therefore due to a lack of
detections for these compounds, there is not enough data to run statistical tests.
Advanced GeoEnvironmental,Inc.
