FedEx treats all workplace violence reports as <br /> confidential. <br /> FedEx offers many reporting options. <br /> • FedEx Corporate Security <br /> • FedEx management <br /> • You may call the FedEx Alert Line: 1.866.42.FedEx 1.866.423.3339 <br /> • If it is an emergency,call 911 <br /> • Vendors may also have their own reporting procedures available to their employees <br /> Firearms and Weapons <br /> For the safety and security of the workplace,FedEx does not allow and strictly prohibits the <br /> possession of firearms and other weapons,regardless of whether the person has a permit or <br /> license to possess or carry a firearm or weapon, on its premises,which includes company owned <br /> or leased stations,hubs, or facilities,property,parking lots,and vehicles. <br /> Items considered firearms or weapons include,but are not limited to: <br /> •Any firearms, whether loaded or unloaded, including handguns, rifles, shotguns, <br /> pellet or B.B. guns <br /> • Starter or flare pistols <br /> • Stun guns,TASERs, or similar devices <br /> •Mace or pepper spray <br /> •Knives with a blade length greater than 3 inches; switchblades or other automatic <br /> knives of any kind. <br /> Notwithstanding the foregoing,where applicable state laws impose different or additional <br /> standards,FedEx will comply with these obligations.Any questions regarding specific state <br /> firearm laws must be directed to the local FedEx Senior Manager. <br /> Security Screening <br /> All individuals entering or exiting a location may be required to submit to metal detection <br /> screening and/or a pat down search of his or her person,vehicle, and effects.
