Acceptable Conduct <br /> All vendor employees or other third parties assigned to work at a FedEx facility must conduct <br /> business at all times with integrity,responsibility,and professionalism. Unacceptable conduct <br /> involves any action that might endanger or harm the contracted carrier employees, vendors, other <br /> contractors or their employees' or customers'property. All forms of unlawful conduct,including <br /> threatening or intimidating behavior, assaults or violence of any kind, are prohibited. <br /> Anti-Harassment andAnti-Discrimination <br /> FedEx is committed to ensuring a work environment where every member of the workforce is <br /> free from intimidation and harassment.All vendor employees assigned to work at a FedEx <br /> facility must prevent,report, and not engage in harassment that creates a hostile,intimidating, or <br /> offensive working environment,including sexual harassment,regardless of whether the conduct <br /> involves an employee or a non-employee of FedEx. FedEx strictly prohibits, and will not <br /> tolerate, any act in its business environment that creates the potential for harassment,including <br /> sexual harassment or harassment based on any other protected class.
