110 Detailed List of Steps with Hazard Assessments and Precautions <br /> Work on this project will be conducted during the hours: 7 A.M. to 5 P.M. <br /> Shutoff valves/switches for utilities and products: (Indicate the locations for the shutoff valves/switches for electrical, natural gas, gasoline, water <br /> lines, etc.) <br /> Task 1. The following table addresses the generic concerns of soil and groundwater sampling. This also includes installation of wells. <br /> Field staff must review job-specific work plan and coordinate withprojectmanager to verify that all up front logistics are completed prior to starting work including, but not limited to,permitting, <br /> access agreements,and notification to required contacts(e.g.site managers, inspectors,clients,subcontractors, etc.). A tailgate safety meeting must be performed and documented at the beginning of <br /> each workday. Sae Performa ce Sel Assessment(SPSA)procedures must be used throughout the project. Weather conditions heat,cold, rain, lightning)must also be considered. <br /> Clear drilling locations.
