Page 3 <br /> SOIL REMEDIATION <br /> Soil stockpiles generated from the overexcavation activities <br /> and UST removal were spread on site and aerated by <br /> mechanically tilling the soil during the months of May, June <br /> and July of 1993 . On July 14 , 1993 a Touchstone Developments <br /> representative collected soil samples from the aerated <br /> soils . A discret soil sample was collected for approximately <br /> every 20 cubic yards of soil . Mike Collins, a representative <br /> with San Joaquin County Public Health Services was on-site <br /> to observe aerated soil sampling. Sample locations are shown <br /> on figure 3 . As summarized on Table A, the analysis of the <br /> aerated soils indicated TPH and BTEX concentrations to be <br /> below laboratory detection limits .
