Harding Way, Stockton. <br /> A Public Comment period (from 2 to 30 days duration) will be established after PHS- <br /> EHD has tentatively approved the Corrective Action Plan. This comment period will <br /> allow the public time to direct their written concams to PHS-EHD. During this comment <br /> period, no corrective action can be conducted. You will be advised by Mr..infuma when <br /> the comment period is over. <br /> In addition, a revised site map showing the vertical and lateral limits of the proposed <br /> over-excavation should be included in the addendum. A calculation of the total cubic <br /> yards proposed to be removed is to be included also. Soil samples are required when <br /> the over-excavation is completed and PHS-EHD will direct where the five samples in the <br /> excavation will be collected. <br /> Your proposal includes only the laboratory analyses for TPH-G, TPH-D, TPH-SS, and <br /> BTEX. PHS-EHD selected soil and all groundwater samples are to be additionally <br /> analyzed for Chlorinated Hydrocarbons. At least two consecutive five foot soil samples <br /> per boring and the over-excavation soil samples are to be tested by the appropriate EPA <br /> Method (80101601-624). <br /> The well boring permit application'you have submitted with the work plan requires a $89 <br /> permit fee.
