Present at the meeting were <br /> Mr. Nuel Henderson, Ms. Lori Duncan, and Ms. Margaret Lagorio of the SJCEHD, Mr. Don <br /> Pratt of Atlantic Richfield, and Mr. Rusty Benkosky, Mr. '3Jaff A'uchterlonie, and Ms. Kristi <br /> Shelton of SECOR. <br /> The purpose of this letter is to document our understanding ',of the assessment and/or <br /> remedial approach agreed to at our meeting on December 7,X2006. A summary of the <br /> meeting discussion and action items are discussed below.'! <br /> ARCO 548 — 1612 Hammer Lane, Stockton <br /> SECOR will prepare and submit a revised Biosparging Work Plan outlining the approach for <br /> the feasibility testing of the air sparge system at the site. The feasibility testing will include <br /> collection of baseline biological parameters for three months ,prior to restarting the air <br /> sparge system. The air sparge system will then be activated in order to stimulate biological <br /> activity and will operate for approximately one year. Biological parameters will be collected <br /> monthly during system operation. A reevaluation of the Visite will be conducted following <br /> i operation the system. The evaluation will involve comparing the site data collected during <br /> system operation to the baseline data previously collected. In addition, SECOR will <br /> examine the 1,2-DCA concentration in site monitoring wells. It:was agreed that this work <br /> plan will be submitted in lieu of the Remedial Action Plan requested in the recent SJCHED <br /> letter dated November 2, 2006. The work plan will be submitted by January 15, 2007, <br /> ARCO 5469— 130 South Wilson Way, Stockton <br /> SJCEHD believes there may be commingling of the three plumes in the area. Site <br /> Conceptual Models (SCMs) have been requested for all three sites. A previous work plan <br /> prepared by Stratus Delta dated March 2, 2002 outlined the installation of three offsite <br /> monitoring wells to delineate the site.
