Thi_', work
will be conducted in accordance with the following three regulatory documents:(1)Regional
Board Staff Recommendations for Initial Evaluation and Investigation of Underground
Tanks,Tri-Regional Recommendations(California Regional Water Quality Control Board
[CRWQCB] May 1989);(2) Regional Board Staff Recommendations for Initial Evaluation
and Investigation of Underground Tanks, Tri-Regional Recommendations, Appendix A:
Central Valley Regional Board Reporting Requirements (CRWQCB,April 1989); and (3)
Leaking Underground Fuel Tank (LUFr) Field Manual: Guidelines for Site Assessment,
# Cleanup,and Underground Storage Tank Closure (CRWQCB,October 1989).
