The purpose of the initial investigation was to. <br /> I <br /> evaluate soil for possible hydrocarbons before the removal of Underground storage tanks. <br /> We understand that the San Joaquin Public Health Services (SJPHS)requires an approved ' <br /> work pian to excavate soil greater than 4 feet below the existing tanks.
