The tank replacement program will not begin until this work plan is approved <br /> by the SJPHS. <br /> SITE BACKGROUND AND ADJACENT PROPERTY <br /> ARCO Service Station No.548 is on:the southwest comer of Hammer Lane and Brentwood <br /> Drive in Stockton, California, as shown on the Site Vicinity Map (Plate P-1). The <br /> I approximate locations of present site features are shown on the Generalized Site Plan(Plate <br /> P-2). According to information supplied by ARCO,there are four underground tanks at the <br /> subject site;two 4,000-j:3I1cn tanks store leaded gasoline,one 6,000-gallon tank stores super <br /> unleaded gasoline, and one 10,000-gallon tank stores regular gasoline. <br /> 1 The Adjacent Property Map (Plate P-?)shows commercial property adjacent to the site on <br /> the southwest corner of the intersection. The remaining property surrounding the <br /> t <br /> p intersection is residential. <br /> PROXDHI'Y OF WELLS AND UTILi nES <br /> t" It.is our understanding from the City of Stockton Public Works.Department that water is <br /> ils. Numerous water-supply wells are near the site. Data obtained <br /> supplied by municrlrR" <br /> from the California Department of Water Resources concerning these wells are presented <br /> E;,r in Table 1, and the locations of the wells are depicted on Plate P-1. The majority of the <br /> ' wells are east of the site.
