The increasing trends of MTBE, now at 20,000 ppb and benzene <br /> now at 990 ppb, in MW-2 indicate that new product may be reaching ' <br /> groundwater. This data does not indicate that this is a stable or a declining <br /> plume. <br /> PHSIEHD recommends that rather than reduce sampling frequency in the <br /> upgradient wells you prepare a workplan that will describe a method to <br /> investigate and evaluate remedial alternatives for active remediation. This agency <br /> also requires the boring logs for MW:5,6 and 7 and recommends sampling of the <br /> vapor well by BP Oil.
