(RESNA) to conduct a preliminary <br /> environmental site assessment at BP Oil Facility No. 11193 located at 3202 West Hammer <br /> 40 Lane, Stockton, California. The site location is shown on the Site Vicinity Map (Plate 1). <br /> 1.1 Purpose and Scope <br /> ' This preliminary site investigation was performed to evaluate whether fuel hydrocarbons and <br /> selected chemical compounds are present in soil and/or groundwater at selected locations. <br />•' The tasks performed during this preliminary site assessment included the following: <br /> • Conducting a sensitive receptor survey including an existing well search. <br /> • Drilling and logging four exploratory soil borings, collecting soil samples, and <br /> analyzing samples for selected hydrocarbon constituents. <br /> • Installing four groundwater monitoring wells, developing and surveying monitoring <br /> wells, collecting groundwater samples, and analyzing samples for selected <br /> hydrocarbon constituents. <br />® The methods used to complete the tasks listed above were performed in accordance with <br /> ' guidelines issued by the California Regional Water Quality Control Board and the governing <br /> local implementing agencies. <br />• <br /> 17051.01 <br /> n <br />
