Reporting and Office Operations <br /> Upon completion of all environmental activities and receipt of all data, GR will prepare a report <br /> documenting the sampling activities and analytical results. This report will be prepared for <br /> Tosco's use and distribution. <br /> SITE SAFETY PLAN <br /> As required by the Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OSHA) "Hazardous Waste <br /> Operations and Emergency Response" guidelines (29 CFR 1910.120), and by California Occupational <br /> Health and Safety Administration (Cal-OSHA) "Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency <br /> Response" guidelines (CCR Title 8, Section 5192), Paradiso has prepared a Site Health and Safety Plan <br /> (attached). This plan will cover all site activities associated with the UST removal, compliance <br /> sampling, over-excavation and handling of petroleum-impacted soils. The plan will be reviewed by <br /> GR field staff prior to initiating field operations at the site. <br /> PROJECT STAFF <br /> Mr. Hagop Kevork, a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of California ( No. C55734), will <br /> provide technical oversight and review of the work. Mr. Douglas J. Lee, Project Manager, will <br /> supervise implementation of field and office operations.
