Please change to say located <br /> elsewhere in the emergency response and contingency plan section. <br /> Training programs for all employees and annual training, including refresher courses, shall include familiarity with <br /> the facility's Emergency response plans and procedures in the event of a release or threatened release of a <br /> hazardous material.Training shall cover, but not limited to, all of the following: <br /> (A) Immediate notification contacts to the appropriate local emergency response personnel and to the unified <br /> program agency. <br /> (B)Procedures for the mitigation of a release or threatened release to minimize any potential harm or damage to <br /> persons, property, or the environment. <br /> (C) Evacuation plans and procedures, including immediate notice,for the business site. <br /> These training programs may take into consideration of each employee. <br /> This violation was corrected on site. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class ll. <br /> 9 HSC 25508(a)(1) Failed to annually review and certify that the business plan is complete, accurate, and up to date. <br /> The business plan information has not been reviewed and resubmitted in the California Environmental Reporting <br /> System (CERS)annually. The last submittal was made on 11/10/2017. The business did not make a submittal for <br /> 2019 and 2020. <br /> The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar year and may be submitted <br /> beginning November 1 of the previous year. <br /> This violation was corrected on site. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 12 HSC 25505(c)Failed to have the business plan readily available to facility or EHD personnel. <br /> Facility could not provide the Emergency Response Plan and the Chemical inventory upon request. <br /> The emergency response plans and procedures,the inventory of information required by this article, and the site <br /> map required by this section shall be readily available to personnel of the business or the unified program facility <br /> with responsibilities for emergency response or training pursuant to this section. <br /> This violation was corrected on site. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class Il. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by 2/29/2020. <br /> The secondary containment for used oil and the chem-station chemicals had a lot of fluid in them. I let Monica <br /> Zalvala and Michael Plascencia know that the secondaries should be dry.
