(RESNA) is pleased to present this report of the results of the <br /> September 1993 quarterly groundwater sampling and analyses conducted at the subject site <br /> 1 ; located in Stockton, San Joaquin County, California (Plate 1) The site plan (Plate 2) shows <br /> r the current location of the station building, adjacent streets, monitoring wells, and other site- <br /> specific features. Background information on the site is included in Appendix A <br /> li <br /> The monitoring wells are sampled quarterly to monitor the shallow groundwater underlying <br /> the site. The program objectives are listed below <br /> • Measure <br /> depth of groundwater <br /> P <br /> • Sample and analyze groundwater samples for selected petroleum hydrocarbons <br /> • Construct groundwater elevation contour maps within the study area <br /> boundaries <br /> • Compare current and past data <br /> The existence and degree of petroleum hydrocarbons in the groundwater underlying a site <br /> r is indicated by (1) the presence of the free-floating product, and (2) laboratory analyses of <br /> groundwater samples to evaluate concentrations of total petroleum hydrocarbons as gasoline <br /> (TPHg), and the constituents benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, and total xylenes (BTEX) <br /> Lr� <br /> t <br />
