Permission to Enter Burger King Property ; <br /> According to the San Joaquin County Assessor's Office, the property on whim the Burger <br /> King is located is owned by Gilbert and K. Wymond. Gilbert Wymond has given us written <br /> permission to enter his property (attacheda and the people at the Burger King hive said they <br /> would appreciate a one to two day notice. i <br /> 3 . Content of Report on Shallow Groundwater Survey <br /> During our conversation, you said that San Joaquin County Public Health Senric4 requires a <br /> report on all investigations of this nature. The subcontractor, Tracer Research, will provide a <br /> ort <br /> re detailing g the equipment, procedures, analytical results and conclusions. iNA has <br /> conducted several environmental investigations in the San Joaquin Countylarea and is <br /> familiar with the information your agency requires. As we discussed, we at_ using this <br /> survey as a reconnaissance tool only. If necessary, we will attach a cover letter providing <br /> additional information. <br /> 6. Application for Permit with Fees <br /> During our conversation, you said that San Joaquin County Public Health SeeVvvices views <br /> these probe sampling locations as borings. You also stated that permits are requx!red for each <br /> parcel that is involved in the investigation. Therefore, since this survey will involve three <br /> parcels (Quik Stop, the City of Stockton, and Burger King) it will require three 'ts with <br /> fees.
