I am also a partner in the Manchester Club. As you know, the term of the Lease between the Manchester Club and Chevron covering the property expired on November 30, 1987. Since that time, Chevron has removed its facilities from the property, including the gasoline storage tanks, and is in the process of cleaning up the property to comply with environ- mental and contamination requirements. I . As Mr. Snell has informed you, the Manchester Club has entered into a contract to sell the property, with the sale to close on or before June 10, 1988.
