(GTI),.to describe the proposed installation of two <br /> groundwater monitoring wells and one vadose zone well at the subject site. This addendum serves <br /> to revise the January 8, 1992 work plan which GTI prepared for this site (also attached)..The two <br /> monitoring wells are proposed to help evaluate the direction of groundwater flow and thc'extent of <br /> dissolved hydrocarbons in the groundwater. The vadose zone well is proposed toaid in the <br /> characterization of hydrocarbons in the soil and, if determined to be appropriate aid in their <br /> removal by vapor extraction. <br /> Your:letter to Chevron dated March-10, 1992 approved the January 8, 1992 work plan and <br /> indicated that fieldwork could begin upon the issuance of access agreements and drilling permits. <br /> As all.of the proposed drilling locations are now located onsite, I'''would expect that the fieldwork <br /> could begin upon the issuance of the single drilling permit by your office.
