We were unable to uncover these wells on Wednesday because there is
currently no roadway access over the new tracks. Dave Bukalow with Central California
Traction Company said that an access ramp will be paved this month.
My question is whether the existing access agreement is sufficient for us to attempt to
uncover KP-5S and KP-5D in October. This could be as easy as using a shovel to remove
six inches of dirt or could involve using a small backhoe to dig out the end of the access
road. Dave with Central California Traction Company said he would assist us when we
are uncovering KP-5S and KP-5D. We will coordinate with Dave, especially if we are going
to impact the access ramp up to the signal station. We will contact USA for utility
clearance.
Thanks,
Sandi
Sandi Shearer, P.E.
Environmental Engineer
CH2M HILL/RDD
Phone:530.229.3354
Fax:530.339.3354
2525 Airpark Drive
Redding, CA 96001
Sandra.Shearer@ ch2m.co»r
From: Don Bratton [mailto:Don.Bratton@Staubach.com]
Sent: Monday, August 27, 2007 2:18 PM
To: Shearer, Sandra/RDD
Subject: RE: BNSF Railway - Easements and Access
Sandra: I have forwarded your request to Mr. matt Graham, BNSF Environmental
Remediation manager in San Bernardino, CA. matt will be contacting you about the
accessissue.
Thanks,
Don
8/24/2010
