As you know, those <br /> regulations included a reduction of the required setback for fish <br /> and frog farms from forty (40) to ten (10) feet. I have attached <br /> a copy of the proposed regulation to this letter for your review. <br /> Given the Planning Commission's action, you are hereby authorized <br /> to begin fulfilling the Conditions of Approval on the above- <br /> referenced application. The expiration date for the approval is <br /> now January 6, 1993 -- eighteen months from the date of this <br /> letter. Please be advised that, unless otherwise specified in the <br /> Conditions of Approval, you must fulfill all Conditions prior to <br /> the establishment of the use. A copy of the Conditions of <br /> Approval, with the ten-foot setback included, is also attached for <br /> your review.
