REVISED CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL (July 17, 1991) <br /> SA-90-29 <br /> PAGE FOUR <br /> g. There shall be no advertising signs erected as part of this <br /> approval. <br /> h. No night lighting shall be permitted on-site, other than that <br /> required for security purposes. All security lighting shall <br /> be designed to confine direct rays to the site and away from <br /> State Route 12, Johnson Road, and adjacent properties. <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> i. The toe of the slope of all the ponds shall be at least ten <br /> (10) feet from the nearest property line, respecting <br /> dedications required as part of this approval. The location <br /> of the ponds and setback distances shall be shown on the <br /> Improvement Plan. <br /> j . No soil shall be removed from the side during the construction <br /> of the ponds. A note to that effect shall appear on the <br /> Improvement Plan, along with calculations regarding the amount <br /> of soil involved in the grading of the ponds. <br />
