STATE DEPARTMENT OF FISH & GAME <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> a. The applicant shall secure an Aquaculture License from the <br /> Department prior to stocking the ponds. <br /> 5. REGIONAL WATER QUALITY CONTROL BOARD <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> a. The applicant shall secure the appropriate permit from the <br /> Board prior to constructing the ponds. <br /> 6. DEVELOPMENT SERVICES <br /> Conditions of Approval: <br /> a. The applicant shall submit a copy of the approved Aquaculture <br /> License from the Department of Fish & Game to the Planning <br /> Division prior to the start of any on-site grading. <br /> b. The applicant shall submit a copy of the approved permit from <br /> the Water Quality Control Board prior to the start of any on- <br /> site grading. <br /> C. All on-site driving and maneuvering areas shall be surfaced <br /> with a minimum of six (6) inches of compacted gravel . <br /> d. A written notification of the works schedule, including hours <br /> and days of operation, shall be provided prior to the start of <br /> any on-site grading. <br /> e. This approval does not include any on-site slaughtering, <br /> cleaning, or other processing activities. <br /> f. The site shall not be open to the public for either retail <br /> sales or commercial fishing activities. <br />
