PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES <br /> Ordinance Requirements : <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply . Ordinance Requirements are not appealable . <br /> a . The Improvement Plan shall show all structures on the <br /> property and the exact location of the existing sewage <br /> disposal system in relation to the ponds . <br /> b. The well must be repaired under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division as follows : <br /> 1 . The irrigation well must be sealed at the base of the <br /> pump . <br /> C. The domestic well never had the pump installed and is not <br /> properly sealed . Install or seal the well and obtain a <br /> permit for an out of service well . <br /> 3 . BUILDING DIVISION: <br /> Ordinance P.quirements : <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project . Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable . <br /> a . A grading plan shall be submitted and approved and a grading <br /> permit issued by the Building Inspection Division prior to <br /> performing any excavation or filling of earth material : <br /> 1 . A grading plan shall contain the information listed in <br /> the U .B. C. , Appendix , Chapter 70 , Section 7006( 1 ) . <br /> 2 . The grading plan shall include complete drainage <br /> details and elevations of the adjacent parcels . <br /> Retaining wall details shall be submitted where <br /> applicable . <br /> 3 . Subdivision grading in excess of 5 ,000 cubic yards <br /> shall comply with Section 7014 for "Engineered Grading <br /> Requirements . " <br />
