The Improvement Plan shall show all structures on the <br /> property and the exact location of the ex .sting sewage <br /> disposal system in relation to the ponds. <br /> b. The well must be repaired under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division as follows : <br /> 1 . The irrigation well must be sealed at the base of the <br /> pump. <br /> C . The domestic well never had the pump installed and is not <br /> properly sealed . Install or seal the well and obtain a <br /> permit for an out of service well . <br /> 3. BUILDING DIVISION: <br /> Ordinance Requirements: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. <br /> a. A grading plan shall be submitted and approved and a grading <br /> permit issued by the Building Inspection Division prior to <br /> performing any excavation or filling of earth material : <br /> 1 . A grading plan shall contain the information listed in <br /> the U.B.C. , Appendix , Chapter 70, Section 7006( 1 ) . <br /> 2. The grading plan shall include complete drainage <br /> details and elevations of the adjacent parcels. <br /> Retaining wall details shall be submitted where <br /> applicable. <br /> 3. Subdivision grading in excess of 5,000 cubic yards <br /> shall comply with Section 7014 for "Engineered Grading <br /> Requirements. " <br />
