The report is to show the: <br /> -status of the investigation and cleanup activities including the results of all investiga,ions <br /> completed to date. <br /> -proposed continuing or next phase of investigation; <br /> method of cleanup proposed or implemented,schedules for the completion of the <br /> invatigation of the site remediation; <br /> method and location of disposal of the releasin hazardous substance and any <br /> contaminated sail, groundwater or surface water, <br /> -manifest required for transport of hazardous substances; <br /> monitoring well data including;groundwater elevation, pH, conductivity,and gradient; <br /> -analytical results of groundwater or soil sampling, <br /> -site map showing "zero tine" of ccntamination if knowm, and changes in the above <br /> measurements over the last quarter. <br /> Please begin submitting quarterly status;reports immediately.
