Anyone other than the SGD representatives who <br /> - desires entry in to the exclusion zone under Level C conditions will be required <br /> to provide his own Level C personnel protective equipment and demonstrate <br /> ` applicable qualifications. If Level C conditions exist only personnel equipped with Level C equipment <br /> will be allowed to enter the contamination zone. <br /> DECONTAMINATION <br /> All personnel who have been working in the contamination zone as <br /> defined in the "Work Zone" section above shall undergo personal decontamination: <br /> 5�hen leaving the exclusion zone for coffee or lunch breaks. <br /> At the end of the work day. <br /> The decontamination station shall include the steps listed in Table <br /> 3 - Personnel Decontamination. Steps pertaining to equipment that is not in use <br /> (e.g. , respirators) may be eliminated. <br /> GENERAL SAFETY MEASURES <br /> The fcliowing general safety procedures shall be followed by all <br /> persons entering and/or working in the designated work zones: <br /> No employee or subcontractor may be allowed on-site without <br /> the prior knowledge -and consenC-of'-the--site <br /> All personnel at the site shall be advised of the sit,- safety <br /> requirements as discussed in this plan. <br />
