Only
soils with a suspected contamination of gasoline, jet fuel,or kerosene are subject to these new
requirements. It is important to note that if soils are not run with the above sampling froquencies or show
results greater than 5o ppm,it does not disqualify the waste ttrom landfill acceptance;it simply means other
altema6ves will be applied to the project. These new requirements do not apply to the Forward and Keller
Canyon Landfills. For further assistance and waste screening, please contact the Northern CalifOrnia Sales
Office at 800.204-4242,
Independent Laboratory Analysis
The following should be considered when submitting data from a California accredited independent
laboratory to Allied Waste,Inc.for review.
The analytical data must be less than 12 months aid to use for waste eharaeteri78tion.
The analytical report must be the final Jaborarory report with all lab signatures.
