To install one additional soil vapor extraction well 20 feet southwest of existing MW 2. <br /> 2. To install one additional ground water air sparge well 5 feet northeast of existing MW 2. <br /> 3. To collect soil samples from the borings and submit selected samples to a State Certified Lab for <br /> chemical analyses. <br /> 4. To trench,install piping,and connect the two additional wells to the existing remedial system and <br /> continue to perform corrective action(SVE with LAS). <br /> 5. To continue to sample ground water and vapor as required by the appropriate regulatory agencies. <br /> 6. To complete and submit a report after installation and operation/testing which will include conclusions <br /> and recommendations. <br /> COMMENTS AND CONDITIONS <br /> 1. Only soil samples with elevated field PID measurements can be submitted for chemical analyses. <br /> 2. AGE must procure the required EHD well installation permit prior to beginning work. <br /> 3.
