BEFORE THE BOARD OF S'_'PER'JISORS OF THE COUNTY OF SAN JOAOL'IN , <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> R-87-1041 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENTS GP-86-21 , GP-87-23 , <br /> GP-87-5 , GP-88-13 , GP-88-6 , GP-88-10 , GP-88-4 , GP-87-19 , AND GP-87-12 , <br /> AS SHOWN ON THE ATTACHED MAPS . <br /> WHEREAS, the San Joaquin County Planning Commission did recommend <br /> adoption of General Plan Amendment Nos . GP-86-21 , GP-87-23 , GP-87-5 , <br /> GP-88-13 , GP-88-6 , GP-88-10 , GP-88-4 , and GP-87-19 ; and <br /> WHEREAS , the San Joaquin County Planning Commission did deny <br /> General Plan Amendment No. GP-87-12 and this action was appealed to <br /> the Board of Supervisors ; and <br /> WHEREAS , on this date this Board of Supervisors did conduct a <br /> public hearing on said matter , notice of which hearing was given in <br /> accordance with law and oral or documentary evidence having been <br /> received in favor of or opposed to said matter , and this Board of <br /> Supervisors being advised on the premises ; <br /> WHEREAS, this Board of Supervisors determined that the internal <br /> consistency - of the General Plan is maintained in the adoption of the <br /> amendment; and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board of Supervisors that <br /> the Land use/Circulation Element of the General Plan of San Joaquin <br /> County is hereby amended by the approval of the following: <br /> 1 . General Plan Map Amendment No. GP-86-21 , application of C. K. <br /> Christensen (c/o L. G. Development, Inc . ) to amend the <br /> General Plan Land Use designation on 101 acres from Limited <br /> Industrial and Low Density Residential to Retail Commercial, <br /> Medium Density Residential , and Low Density Residential. The <br /> property is located on the north side of Lathrop Road, adja- <br /> cent to the Southern Pacific Railroad line, Lathrop. <br /> 2 . General Plan Map Amendment No. GP-87-23 , application of <br /> Verner Construction Co, Inc. (c/o Thompson-Hysell Engineers <br /> and San Joaquin County ) to amend the-General Plan Land Use <br /> Circulation Map from Retail Commercial , Highway Service and <br /> Commercial Service to Low Density Residential, Retail <br /> Commercial, and Highway Service. The property is located <br /> generally south of Lathrop Road, east of Harlan Road, north <br /> of Thomsen Road, and west of Cambridge Road, and one parcel <br /> is located in the southeast corner of Thomsen Road and Harlan <br /> Road, Lathrop. <br /> RECEIVED <br /> OCC <br /> SAN JOAQW!
